ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS TRANSOM WINDOW 32 x 21 ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE
This is a great piece that was salvaged from a Jersey City NJ Victorian home. It has great colors and is done in the queen anne style with wood mullions between the pieces of stained glass. The central diamond is leaded with a jewel in the middle. The original frame is unpainted. It measures 31.25 inches wide by 21 inches tall and just over 1 inch thick. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings to the frame as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There is one tight hairline. The glazing putty will need to be touched up. Look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! This item is in the category “Antiques\Architectural & Garden\Stained Glass Windows”. The seller is “bigsteveareno29″ and is located in this country: US. This item can be shipped to United States.
