This is a great antique door that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian home. It is made of fir and is painted. Originally a swinging door between a kitchen and dining room, it can be converted to a standard hinged door. The top has a great panel of stained glass with no cracks or breaks and a flat wood panel below. The lower pivot mechanism is present, the top pin is not. It measures 27.75 inches wide, 77.75 inches tall and is 1.5 inches thick. Overall, it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. Please look at the pictures carefully. Please inquire with your zip code and I will get you a quote quickly. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time!
